Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your goods in their original containers.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Processing & Refund
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
